Job summary

KCS IT, founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Manager to lead testing efforts in enterprise Salesforce projects.

Senior role with full remote work from Portugal. You will manage test strategy, test cases, automation integration, and coordinate testing teams while communicating risks and blockers clearly.

We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Test Manager

Seniority: Senior

Type of position: Full Remote

The amazing you, will have:

• Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, Flows, sharing and security model.
• Proven experience in Test Management within complex Salesforce projects.
• Experience in test case creation, test planning, prioritization, coordination and execution.
• Ability to identify test scenarios suitable for automation and integrate automated testing into the overall test strategy.
• Experience managing and coordinating testing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including proactive communication of risks, blockers and dependencies.
• Experience working in structured, enterprise-level Salesforce projects.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you’ll have (plus):

• Experience with Jira/Xray, Zephyr, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience in Salesforce environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I.
• Experience in large-scale or international Salesforce programs.

Candidates must be based in Portugal.
