Bee Engineering ICT em Lisboa procura um Lead Salesforce Developer para assumir a liderança de iniciativas de desenvolvimento Salesforce, atividades de arquitetura e entrega de soluções escaláveis que promovam o crescimento do negócio.

A função exige experiência robusta em Salesforce, capacidades de liderança, comunicação excelente e inglês fluente, com envolvimento direto em projetos com clientes e equipas internacionais.

Qualificações

• Experiência avançada em Salesforce (min 8 anos).
• Capacidade de atuar como Solution Architect em projetos Salesforce.
• Domínio das plataformas Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing e Data Cloud.
• Fortes competências de liderança e comunicação com equipas multifuncionais.
• Inglês fluente para comunicação com equipas internacionais.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar iniciativas de desenvolvimento Salesforce e arquitetura de soluções.
• Conduzir uma equipa de developers e alinhar entregas com o negócio.
