What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Management of the promotional portfolio focusing on strategic execution and target achievement;
  • Development of strategic relationships with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and decision-makers;
  • Implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers;
  • Identification of hospital procurement processes to inform on business opportunities and negotiate agreements to ensure long-term partnerships;
  • Implementation of marketing and medical strategies in alignment with brand objectives;
  • Presentation of activity and performance reports through CRM tools;
  • Implementation of an omnichannel approach to engage healthcare professionals effectively;
  • Analysis of the market and collection of insights to identify trends that influence regional sales growth and profitability.

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this job and truly thrive, you should have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in hospital sales, in the South of Portugal;
  • Strong knowledge of hospital procurement processes and decision-making structures;
  • University degree in life sciences, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences;
  • Fluent Portuguese (English is a plus);
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork;
  • A strong alignment with Grünenthal’s core values;
  • Familiarity working with new technologies and under Compliance guidelines.
