Sales Representative German + English Remote

Position: Sales Representative
Languages: German + English
Location: Remote (based in Portugal, Braga project)
Start Date: 11 December 2025
Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday: 07:00 21:00 (Rotational Shifts)

  • Sunday: 09:00 21:00 (12 weekends per month, apart from exceptional situations)

  • Days Off: 2 rotational days

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the voice that connects customers to quality service, guiding them through their shopping experience with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.

What Youll Do:
  • Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and support in German and English.

  • Deliver excellent service via phone, chat, and email.

  • Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate remotely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in every customer interaction.
