Cross Border Talents is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's team, focusing on the Czech market. In this role, you will engage in B2B outbound sales, working with a high volume of hot leads to onboard new clients. If you have strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients using leads provided.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and onboard new clients.
  • Manage sales opportunities with persistence and a focus on results.
  • Adapt and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Work towards achieving a conversion rate of 15%, with an expected 3-5 sales per day.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication (B2 and higher, spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Eligible to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit required)
Training & Onboarding

Training & Onboarding:

  • A structured 10-day training program in English.
  • Training includes product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer management.
  • Successful completion of training leads to contract signing.
  • Training compensation is provided upon successful completion.
Working Conditions

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Compensation package composed of base salary, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and meal allowance (paid in a separate card, net).
  • Health insurance from the first day of employment.

  • Relocation Support: Fully furnished company apartment (including utilities, if relocating from 100+ km away). Flight ticket reimbursement, airport pick-up and yearly round-trip flight tickets to visit your native country
Contract

Contract:

  • 12-month renewable contract, leading to a permanent role after 2 years
  • 22 paid vacation days per year (pro-rated in the first year)
