We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to lead our efforts in sourcing and securing properties for short-term rental management contracts while managing a high-performing commercial team. With a focus on the real estate and investment sectors, you will drive the identification of high-potential properties, negotiate contracts, build partnerships, and lead a sales team to expand our portfolio of managed short-term rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect properties suitable for short-term rental management in high-demand markets.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with property owners to secure management agreements for short-term rentals.
  • Lead and manage a commercial team, setting goals, providing training, and monitoring performance to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and investment fund stakeholders to source new opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate and short-term rental sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and management of new properties.
  • Develop strategies to meet sales targets and expand the portfolio of managed properties.
  • Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance in all property management contracts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or investment management, with a focus on residential properties.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating commercial teams to achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of closing contracts.
  • Knowledge of the short-term rental market and its operational requirements.
  • Experience working with real estate investment funds or similar financial structures is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with property owners, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet ambitious sales and growth targets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
