What will you contribute?

This role supports the Global Sales Operations Head in executing governance, reporting, and GTM alignment activities across both corporate and retail lending sales teams. The individual will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and supporting data-driven decision making. The role suits someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce. Prior experience in sales operations or business support within software, financial services, or consulting is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales governance and rhythm-of-business processes by preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene and data quality across Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain operational reporting using Excel and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist in the creation of operational business review decks and other executive-level materials.
  • Track GTM initiatives and follow up with regional stakeholders on key deliverables.
  • Manage intake of internal requests and coordinate across functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery).
  • Provide light administrative support including meeting scheduling, documentation, and task follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a Sales Operations, Admin, or Analyst role, ideally in fintech, banking, software, or consulting.
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboarding tools.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
