We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our pipeline by generating and qualifying new leads. Your role begins at the very top of the sales funnel, focusing entirely on outbound outreach, not closing deals.

The role involves working closely with prospects and clients, particularly in areas like Grants, Capital Allowance, Energy Tax Relief, R&D tax credits, and Patent Box schemes.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, contact, and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are nurtured and moved toward closure.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to assess fit and qualify leads
  • Confidently present innovation funding solutions, highlighting the value and benefits of tax relief services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients for ongoing engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tax legislation changes, and innovations in grants and R&D funding to engage effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, prospects, and pipeline progress to the VP of Operations and the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Directors and teams to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.

Education And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience required.

  • Limited supervisory responsibilities, including team training and development, in line with company policies and regulations
