We are looking for our next Sales Development Representative:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new leads, focusing on the US market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery sessions, product demos, technical discussions, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Utilize automation and AI tools to efficiently manage and nurture leads.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify client needs, pain points, and business impacts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
  • Advocate for our solutions and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Present technology as a tool to solve business challenges, not an end in itself.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related area;
  • Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development or a related field;
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the B2B enterprise sector (experience in Financial Services is a plus).
  • Strong lead generation and "hunter" sales skills.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and data analysis to drive sales performance.
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Automation is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on measuring activities and outcomes.
  • Experience navigating complex buying journeys involving multiple stakeholders and change management.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with IT teams, especially regarding API integrations and tech environments.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Passion for technology and staying updated on industry trends.
