Highcontrast in Lisbon is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join the CONTRAST sales team. You will engage customers, help them discover our Organic T-shirts, and ensure the store reflects our brand.

You will manage visual display, conduct regular inventory counts, and assist with schedules. The role is 30 hours per week over 6 months, with a rotating roster including weekends and potential overtime.

Qualificações

• Fluent English and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Retail experience is a plus.

As part of the CONTRAST sales team in Lisbon you will attend our costumers, helping them to know our brand and fall in love with our Organic T-shirts, beautifully designed in Portugal.

You will also have to ensure that the store presentation is up to our standards, that all products are properly displayed and conduct physical inventory counts regularly.

Part-time position

• 30 hours week job for 6 months period
• Schedule: 15h–21h, including weekdays and weekends. Saturday and Sunday availability required
• Rotating roster, with two days off during the week
• Possibility of paying overtime hours
