A leading ceramic tile manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to promote products in the European and CIS markets. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of B2B sales experience in the tiles industry. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting in business proposals, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales objectives. Fluency in English is preferred. This position is based in Braga, Portugal.

Qualificações

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Channel Sales/B2B to Tiles manufacturing.
  • Self motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and achieve sales independently.

Responsabilidades

  • Promote company products in the European and CIS market.

Preference would be given to an experienced Sales Manager/ General Sales Agent from Tiles trade to run with our Company Sales objectives from day one without much warm-up. As you become our team, you will be having a strong foundation base, back here In India for Production of Ceramic, Glazed Vitrified tiles & Slabs with a combined production capacity of 65000+ sqm/day with a legacy of state-of-the-art R&D studio in Italy with best infrastructure plant to support the developments, in Heart of India.

Role and Responsibilities

Open up your creativity chamber and quickly process your Tiles Sales knowledge.

  • To promote company products in the European and CIS market.
  • Find and meet new prospective clients (From Manufacturers to Big Importers).
  • Responsible for the Clients Management and Client Development.
  • Assist in Business Proposal preparation, Pricing, Offers and handle correspondence and Business Information related to exports.
  • Work as a team member collaborating and assisting team to achieve desired objectives.
  • Regular Surveys for upcoming trends & designs to give feedback to R & D for new developments to be executed every quarter.
Qualification, Skills & Attributes
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Channel Sales/B2B to Tiles manufacturing units.
  • Qualification- Any (Graduate or Post-Graduate)
  • Excellent Communication & Selling skills with knowledge of English desirable
  • Self motivated with strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast paced work environment.
  • Fluent in English would be preferred.
