AMGEN Capability Center Portugal seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to join the Real World Evidence product team in Lisbon. The role bridges business and technology, translating needs into actionable requirements and driving product development across stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to prioritise backlog, define acceptance criteria, and deliver value for Real World Evidence initiatives. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or
• Diploma with 14+ years of relevant experience

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, features, and actionable requirements.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and planning activities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to deliver business value.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and business objectives are clearly defined.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and new product capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment across teams.
• Participate in product demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
