Linkare TI is seeking a Rust and Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions across national and international projects. You will work with Rust as the primary language and Java as a key complement, leveraging AI tools like Cursor.ai and operating in cloud-native environments.

You will contribute to software architecture, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines, while maintaining high quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in an ICT-related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid hands-on experience developing production-grade applications in Rust.
• Knowledge and experience with Java (e.g., Spring Boot, Quarkus, or Jakarta EE).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience working with AI coding tools like Cursor.ai, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Maven, and SonarQube.
• Knowledge and experience with BDD is a plus.
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Portuguese and English fluency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions using Rust, with Java as a major complementary technology.
• Work with AI coding tools like Cursor.ai.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
• Develop new features and improve existing systems.
• Design and implement APIs, services, and integrations.
• Write clean, testable production-grade code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Identify pragmatic technical solutions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Troubleshoot performance, concurrency, and reliability issues.
• Work with containerized apps and cloud-native environments.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and quality practices.
• Collaborate using Agile methodologies and produce clear documentation.
