Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in RPA development and/or AI.
Programming experience with Python, C# and/or VB.
Knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience developing or maintaining automated processes.
Interest in Generative AI, AI Agents and AI-powered automation.
Ability to work with document classification, information extraction or automated response generation.
Experience documenting automation solutions and technical processes.
Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.
Autonomy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
A degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
