MysticInvest Holding is seeking an IT Operations Manager to ensure the reliability and evolution of IT services across the river fleet. You will guide the IT team, align IT with operational needs, and manage budgets for onboard technologies including networking, CCTV, and communications.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of IP networking and security, and willingness to work on the field aboard river cruise ships along the Douro.

Qualificações

• Must have university-level education in electronics, multimedia, or IT.
• Strong project management experience and leading IT teams.
• Hands-on profile with field operations on ships or remote sites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation, evolution, and continuity of IT services for River Fleet.
• Act as IT Business Partner for River Operations and lead the support team.
• Manage IT projects related to construction, preparation, and commissioning of new vessels/builds.
