About the role

What you'll do

1. Report to the Head of Independent Price Verification (IPV) in Zurich
2. Contribute to IPV activities covering underlyings and derivatives across various asset classes such as equity, funds, credit, FX, rates, bonds, commodities, and cryptocurrencies
3. Participate in projects and working groups
4. Lead and contribute to the development, improvement, and automation of IPV tools and processes in collaboration with IT
5. Review and test new developments
6. Interact with Trading, Treasury, Middle Office, IT, Partners, Finance, and Project Management teams
7. Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity
8. Conduct ad-hoc risk and valuation analysis

What you'll need

1. 2-3 years of experience in risk or product control
2. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
3. Technical knowledge of derivatives and exotics
4. Understanding of risk processes
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Results-driven with good organizational skills and a proactive attitude
7. Proficiency in Python, VBA, Excel, and SQL is a plus
8. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
