• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or data protection, with experience in Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
• Familiarity with global standards – GDPR, COSO ERM framework, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and AML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of anti-bribery, sanctions, and financial crime controls.

About the role:

Join our mission to build a resilient, compliant, and secure organization. We\'re looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to help lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across our global operations.

Responsibilities

• Automate and track policy updates, reviews, exceptions, and approvals within the Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) platform
• Administer and enhance the GRC platform to support enterprise-wide compliance, including delivering dashboards and executive-level reports on risk posture and audit readiness
• Lead responses to customer/vendor security questionnaires, due diligence forms, and RFPs sections relating to Risk & Compliance
• Maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support accountability and decision-making
• Support risk assessments, control testing, and remediation across security, privacy, and operations
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and emerging regulatory frameworks
• Implement and monitor controls for AML, anti-bribery, sanctions, and modern slavery
• Conduct vendor and partner risk assessments and maintain third-party risk dashboards
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and lead evidence-gathering for industry standards
• Collaborate with Legal, Data Protection Officer, and CISO on privacy, cyber risk, and operational resilience
• Support crises management, business continuity and incident response planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or data protection, with experience in Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
• Experience managing GRC platforms
• Familiarity with global standards – GDPR, COSO ERM framework, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and AML frameworks
• Strong understanding of anti-bribery, sanctions, and financial crime controls
• Excellent analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills
