Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Risk Analyst to join the Credit Risk B2C team. This remote role in Portugal focuses on analysing risk performance, monitoring portfolio health, and supporting data-driven decisions that balance growth with risk discipline.

You will work with large datasets, build dashboards, and collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to optimize risk strategies and support launches in new markets and verticals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or related data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and Python; experience with fintech risk models is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to convey complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyse portfolio performance, risk indicators, and customer behavior across products.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor risk metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Support optimization of risk strategies to balance growth with risk controls.
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams on risk-related initiatives.
• Contribute to design and rollout of policies and new products in multiple markets.
• Continuously improve risk management processes using best practices.
