Revit Technician – (Wastewater Treatment Projects – Lisbon Office)

About the Role
The Revit Technician will work on large‑scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects, based in our new Technical Design Office in Lisbon, Portugal. This office‑based role involves supporting the design team in delivering coordinated BIM models, drawings and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production of multi‑discipline coordinated models, drawings and schedules.
- Align design development with the project BIM execution plan – which would include regular coordination and model checks and sharing of model data throughout the design team.
- Liaise between Mechanical & Electrical Designers and Civil & Structural Designers.
- Produce and maintain the Master Individual Design Package (MIDP) throughout the project.
- Participate in drawing/design reviews and facilitate feasibility studies.
- Liaise with project teams to ascertain project needs and timelines.
- Take instructions from Engineers and produce drawings with limited supervision or direction.
- Use initiative and knowledge to support the CAD team and grow expertise in the use of CAD software and other tools.
- Work as part of a team in delivering one or more projects at any one time, embracing the ethos of a “one team” culture.
Qualifications
- 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a strong trades background coupled with a BIM qualification.
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience within a BIM coordination function.
- Mechanical or Electrical background with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
