We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join our 5-star hotel - Dreams Madeira Resort Spa & Marina, located in the stunning Madeira Island!
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
 
- Experience in international operations, multi-entity environments, and multinational corporate structures.
 
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a luxury or upscale hotel
 
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, Duetto, IDeaS)
 
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution channels and OTA platforms
 
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset
 
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is also desirable.
 
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
 
- Proven success in driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy growth through strategic pricing and distribution
 
- Strong command of Excel and data visualization tools for forecasting and reporting
 
- Deep understanding of OTA platforms, GDS, and direct booking strategies
 
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
 
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
 
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market segmentation
 
- Comfortable making data-backed decisions under pressure
 
- Forward-thinking approach to revenue optimization and digital distribution
 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
 
- Experience leading revenue meetings and influencing senior stakeholders
 
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams
 
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy
 
- Monitor competitor pricing and market demand to adjust rates accordingly
 
- Manage and analyze data from PMS, RMS, and OTA platforms
 
- Forecast revenue and prepare detailed performance reports
 
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align promotional strategies
 
- Oversee inventory management and distribution across all channels
 
- Lead revenue meetings and present actionable insights to senior management
