Responsibilities

• Manage the F&B daily operations
• Ensure quality scores are achieved.
• Format menu's for outlets and implement menu items into POS machines, ensuring smooth cooperation between users and software.
• Uphold Pestana standards in the restaurant and banquets while attending to guest needs in the restaurant.
• Recruit, train, motivate and coordinate the F&B team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
