Contisystems is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operations Lead to coordinate daily tasks and optimize warehouse flows. The role involves receipt, inspection, storage, and shipping of goods, plus ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

The candidate should have warehouse coordination experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. A vocational logistics background and familiarity with Primavera are valued assets.

Qualificações

• 12th grade; vocational training in logistics preferred.
• Experience in operational warehouse coordination roles.
• Knowledge of best practices in organization, storage, and handling of materials.
• Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in managing incoming and outgoing goods and inventory.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate operational teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to proactively identify and correct deviations.
• Knowledge of the Primavera inventory module will be valued.
• Certification in operation and handling of mechanical material-handling equipment will be valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate among production, logistics, and purchasing teams to guarantee smooth operations.
• Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement in warehousing and shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, information security, data protection, and sustainability requirements applicable to warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
