Job Description

The role is based in Lisboa, it will be a local contract through EOR (WorkMotion).

The Resort Manager Deputy is a critical role at Le Collectionist, he is responsible for the good execution of operation and the development of his destination. This includes ensuring that our service and operational standards are consistently delivered, managing the villa portfolio, overseeing client stays, and guaranteeing the highest level of guest satisfaction.

The Resort Manager Deputy oversees both the portfolio quality and activation through owner account management.

He also makes sure we deliver a seamless experience to guests leading and coordinating a team of Local Representatives to execute on‑site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & leadership
  • Contribute to strategy by proposing development initiatives.
  • Identify and escalade key issues for review by the Resort Manager and by the Regional Director.
  • Villa portfolio management (off‑season & year‑round)
  • Manage portfolio movements (offboards, new supply with coordination with Biz Dev team).
  • Conduct regular owner account management: organise touchpoints, propose recommendations, build strong partnerships.
  • Ensure 100% of properties are up to standard.
  • Keep commercial and legal information up to date.
  • Support sales teams with property and destination training; assist on specific guest requests.
  • Improve portfolio performance and competitiveness via pricing management, exclusivity negotiations, availability optimisation, and content quality.
  • Season set‑up & preparation (pre‑season)
  • Recruit, onboard, and train Local Representatives, aligning with Le Collectionist standards.
  • Conduct pre‑season inspections to validate readiness of all properties.
  • Manage operating budgets.
  • Oversee resort stock management.
  • Guest experience & in‑season operations
  • Ensure properties are ready and personalized per guest requirements.
  • Supervise the welcoming of guests, delegating check‑in/check‑out to Local Representatives while guaranteeing standards are met.
  • Run Operation Committee meetings to ensure coordination with the concierge team and prepare for guest arrivals.
  • Act as guardian of guest experience: resolve issues quickly, manage escalations, and oversee claims/damages with the Guest Relations team.
