INESC TEC in Portugal is accepting applications for a researcher role in the Automated Manufacturing and CNC Technologies group. The project focuses on maintaining and developing robotic manufacturing components and advancing CNC control systems and CAM modelling.
The candidate will work under supervision to support the marine research laboratory infrastructure, participate in maintenance, repairs and development, and contribute to optimization of machining processes for robotic components
Responsabilités
- Support management of INESC TEC marine research laboratory infrastructure, assist with equipment maintenance, repair and technical support.
- Develop, design and manufacture new mechanical components under supervision of experienced technicians.
- Contribute to optimization of machining processes for components used in robots across platforms.
