Admission requirements

• Applicants must have a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or a similar area; must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training.
• It is essential that candidates have good command of the English language and have research experience in natural ingredients: chemical and biological characterization, meat products, sauces and/or confectionery products; formulation and microbiological, physicochemical, nutritional and texture characterization of novel foods.
• Experience in research projects in the area of the project will be considered preferential factors.
