A call is now open for the award of a Research Grant (BI) within the scope of the project "INOV4Industry - Transferir conhecimento científico e tecnologia para a Indústria" operation code COMPETE2030-FEDER-01458200 do Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra, under the Notice Code(COMPETE2030-2024-6), co-financed by the European Union through the COMPETE 2030 Programme and Portugal 2030, within the Sistema de Ações Coletivas – Transferência do conhecimento científico e tecnológico, under the following conditions.
Scientific Areas: Business Sciences (CNAEF 34) or Manufacturing Industries (CNAEF 54)

Candidates must meet the above requirement and submit proof of enrolment at the time of application.
The grant will have an initial duration of 12 months under an exclusive dedication regime; it does not establish or entitle the fellow to a full employment contract. The fellow will be awarded the status of IPC Research Fellow. The start date is 1 November 2025. The fellowship may be renewed for an additional 6 months.
The monthly maintenance allowance is €1,040.98, for the performance of R&D activities by Master’s degree students, Integrated Master’s degree students, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree holders enrolled in non‑degree awarding courses (BI), in accordance with the current FCT table of values. Payment will be made monthly by bank transfer. The amount includes voluntary social security (first level) if the fellow opts for enrolment and also covers personal accident insurance.
Selection Methods
The selection process will consist of Curriculum Evaluation (80%) and an Interview (20%).
The final classification (FC), on a scale of 1 to 20, will be calculated as follows: [formula not included].
