Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with travel questions via email, chat, or phone.

• Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates.
• Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations.
• Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages.
• Take notes and maintain accurate records.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Learn and use travel tools provided during training.
