Job summary

A leading travel technology company is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Finance Systems Engineering team. This full-time role is based in Portugal and focuses on developing extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, backend services in Java or Kotlin, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience and solid skills in software development, with a keen interest in improving systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, including AL development.
• Proven experience with Java or Kotlin, building and maintaining backend services or APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL, RESTful APIs and asynchronous integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom extensions and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Finance Core Platform supporting accounting and financial reporting.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Java or Kotlin to enable communication between systems.
