Job summary
Wire IT is seeking a Software Developer - Web Development with 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead. The role focuses on OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) and AI-assisted development using OutSystems Mentor, across frontend and backend development.
Remote in Portugal with an opportunity to join a growing international company. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong communication and Agile delivery skills.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software development, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead.
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) is mandatory.
- Proven experience using OutSystems Mentor for AI-assisted development throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience leveraging OutSystems Mentor for application generation, user story acceleration, code assistance, refactoring, and productivity improvement.
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems front-end and back-end development.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and promoting development best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative software delivery.
- Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support software applications.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
