Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of Snowflake modeling and SQL expertise, plus experience with dbt, Matillion, or Fivetran, and Collibra governance familiarity.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Data Modeler or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Snowflake physical data modeling and SQL.
• Experience with data integration and ETL/ELT principles; exposure to dbt, Matillion, or Fivetran is a plus.
• Experience with metadata and data governance platforms, ideally Collibra.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement physical data models in Snowflake for scalable, maintainable structures.
• Translate conceptual models into Snowflake-ready schemas, tables, and views.
• Collaborate with data engineers to refine ETL/ELT processes and data integration patterns.
• Align models with governance standards and tools like Collibra; document all transformations for traceability.
• Support performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines.
