Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join one of our Nearshore teams, delivering remote support for international clients across Europe. You can work remotely or from our Lisbon or Porto offices, with opportunities to design reliable cloud-native environments.

You'll design SLI/SLO frameworks, manage incidents, implement monitoring, and automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps while collaborating with global teams and continuously improving our

Qualificações

Design/implement SLI/SLO frameworks and reliability strategies.
Manage incidents including RCA and post-mortems.
Build and operate cloud-native environments using Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Automate infrastructure and deployments with Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.
Implement monitoring and observability to improve performance and availability.

Responsabilidades

Design and implement SLI/SLO frameworks, error budgets, and reliability strategies;
Manage incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortems;
Build and operate cloud-native environments using Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenShift;
Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps;
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability practices to improve system performance and availability.
