Syffer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium-scale acquisition and capability development projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure, networking and cyber security, and report progress to stakeholders on a regular basis.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of PM experience, formal PM qualification (PRINCE2 or PMP), and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience for acquisition or capability development.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams (applications, infrastructure, networking, cyber security).
• Experience managing dependencies, risks and issues.
• Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2 or PMP).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Familiarity with NATO and C4ISR environments.
• Experience in transition to service.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the definition, approach, management, control and completion of medium-scale projects.
• Provides effective leadership to the project team.
• Works with cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• Manages change, risks, issues and lessons learned.
• Ensures realistic project plans and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensures project and product quality reviews occur on schedule and per procedure.
• Ensures deliverables are completed within cost, time and scope and formally accepted by stakeholders.
• Monitors costs, time, quality and scope and acts when deviations are predicted.
