Job summary

Naphora Games Group is seeking a Mid‑Senior Playable Programmer / Creative Technical Artist to join our fully remote team. You will build high‑performing playable ads and creative content for mobile games using Unity, C#, and Luna Playable, while collaborating with AI, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

This role offers a remote, international work setup with a Saudi Arabia aligned schedule, and a focus on rapid experimentation, scalable architectures, and creative production workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Unity game development or related field.
• Experience building gameplay systems, prototypes, or interactive ads.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance and optimization.
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain playable ads and prototypes using Unity, C#, Luna Playable and related tech.
• Create responsive gameplay interactions, UI flows, animations, visual feedback, and effects.
• Prototype concepts rapidly and build reusable systems and templates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, UA, Design, Art, and Engineering to translate concepts into playable experiences.
• Support testing, analytics integrations, and quality control of playables and creatives.
