FCamara invites a Senior Fullstack AI Agent Dev to join a Europe-based project. Remote role, with the potential to visit Portugal/Central Europe occasionally.

You will drive AI-augmented software development across squads, delivering high-quality full-stack apps using Node.js and Vue.js, embedding Claude AI throughout the SDLC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Fullstack Developer, strong Claude AI experience, and proficiency in modern web technologies, APIs, and CI/CD automation.

Qualificações

• Solid backend with Node.js, RESTful APIs, SOLID, clean code.
• Solid frontend with Vue.js (Composition API, state mgmt, routing, HTML5, CSS3, JS/TS).
• Experience with reusable components, Design Systems, UI libraries (PrimeVue, eCharts).
• Mandatory experience applying Claude AI across the SDLC (implementation, testing, code review, documentation, maintenance).
• Hands-on Claude Code for repo tasks, diff reviews, PR integrations.
• Configuring CLAUDE.md context files, subagents, skills, and prompt templates.
• Experience MCP integration, connecting AI agents to dev tools, databases, platforms.
• CI/CD automation using hooks and Claude for PR reviews and code quality checks.
• Context engineering for complex/legacy codebases.
• Cloud-native architectures: Azure, Docker, Redis, MongoDB.
• API management, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, XSS/CSRF protection.
• Automated testing, accessibility, performance profiling, observability.
• Building internal automations or Claude Agent SDK is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI-augmented SDLC adoption across squads while delivering full-stack apps (Node.js, Vue.js).
• Build, scale back-end services and front-end interfaces for high-scale SaaS platforms.
• Act as Focal Point for AI Augmentation, embedding Claude AI across SDLC phases.
• Utilize Claude Code for repository tasks, diff reviews, PRs.
• Configure CLAUDE.md, define standards, guardrails, acceptance criteria for AI usage.
• Create and maintain subagents, skills, and prompt libraries.
• Integrate agents with internal tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Implement CI/CD quality automations using Claude for PR reviews and checks.
• Context engineering for large/legacy codebases and window management.
• Pair programming, onboarding, and enablement for AI-assisted workflows.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics and define human-in-the-loop criteria.
• Maintain documentation for APIs, architecture decisions, and SDLC AI guidelines.
