Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases). This role is home-based across multiple European countries, including Portugal, and focuses on shaping the business development strategy, expanding key accounts, and ensuring client retention across the DIID portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage RFI/RFP processes, coordinate budgets, mentor junior staff, and represent TFS at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or highly relevant industry experience
• Minimum of seven years of clinical research and/or sales experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Extensive knowledge of DIID or CRO business context

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for defined territory/accounts
• Meet annual sales goals and drive revenue growth
• Coordinate RFI/RFP responses and proposal generation
• Lead client engagements and sponsor presentations
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams
