Syffer is a forward-thinking consulting company driving talent, tech and innovation worldwide. We are seeking an experienced automation engineer to manage MuleSoft platforms, implement self-healing automation, and collaborate across global teams.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, incident resolution, and documentation in an international environment. You will design automation, monitor performance, and drive modernization initiatives while working with AWS/Azure, Terraform, OpenShift,

Qualifications

5 to 7 years of MuleSoft platform management and operations.
Hands-on with Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift.
Experience implementing OAuth and OpenID authentication.
Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
Experience with ArgoCD and modern DevOps delivery approaches.
Strong communication and stakeholder management in international teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to streamline operations.
Identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
Build automation scripts and self-healing mechanisms using Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability for growth planning.
Drive continuous improvement for operational excellence and service stability.
Support major incident resolution and implement long-term fixes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment.
