OnTheGoSystems in Lisboa, PT is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own analytical problems from start to finish. You will define metrics for translation quality and AI performance, investigate patterns, and turn data into actionable recommendations that guide product and linguist decisions.

This is a hands-on role focusing on evidence-based understanding rather than routine reporting. You'll extract from SQL databases, NoSQL, logs, APIs, and CSVs, compare language pairs and models, validate

Qualificações

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and define what should be investigated.
• Experience turning open-ended questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of metrics, segmentation, distributions, correlations, and the difference between correlation and causation.
• Experience writing SQL, Python, or similar scripts to collect, clean, and analyze data.
• Experience working with multiple data sources, including databases, logs, APIs, and exported datasets.
