Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a seasoned SAP R2R IT Demand specialist to join our growing international team. This remote, Europe-wide role focuses on Record to Report processes, IT demand management, budgeting, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP R2R experience, strong stakeholder management, offshore coordination, and fluent English. We offer a referral bonus, training budget, and a collaborative, growth-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Record to Report (R2R) and finance processes.
• Experience in IT demand management, prioritisation, roadmaps, and IT budgets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating IT delivery teams, including offshore teams.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing project delivery and Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities.
• English is mandatory.
