Cross Border Talents is seeking a Russian & English-speaking Language Specialist for remote interpretation services in Portugal. You will provide professional over-the-phone and video interpretation to support customers in various sectors and ensure clear communication.

The role requires bilingual Russian and English at C1 level, strong listening skills, and the ability to stay calm in sensitive situations. Training is provided, with equipment and home-office setup included.

Qualifications

• C1 level Russian and English (bilingual).
• Strong listening, accuracy and communication skills.
• Interpreting, translation or customer support experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation between Russian and English via phone and video.
• Interpret in insurance, legal and medical settings.
• Convey messages accurately and neutrally.
• Handle technical terminology and sensitive conversations with discretion.
• Work from home with equipment provided.
