A leading consulting firm in Porto is seeking a Financial Controller – IFRS & International Reporting to join a global insurance group. The role involves ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, managing consolidation packages, and coaching a team. The ideal candidate has 8-15 years of experience in financial reporting and fluency in English. This position offers opportunities for remote work and continuous training.

Qualificações

• 8 to 15 years of experience in financial or management reporting in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong background in IFRS and storytelling reporting across financial cycles.
• Knowledge of insurance industry and financial control tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely delivery and validation of IFRS consolidation packages.
• Lead quality controls for IFRS Gap and ensure compliance with internal control.
• Manage and coach a team, ensuring performance and motivation.

Conhecimentos

Fluency in English

Formação académica

Degree in Finance, Management Control, or related field
