Centro.team is seeking an experienced Publisher Manager to lead a high-performing Publishers Team Lead in the AdNetwork space. You will drive publisher growth, build direct partnerships, and unlock new revenue opportunities while owning strategy and execution.

As a senior leader, you will mentor a team, achieve revenue targets, optimize performance data, and collaborate with Advertiser Managers to maximize business growth.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as Senior Publisher Manager with leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing publisher teams and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM and deal models, plus direct partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; strategic thinker.
• Fluent English; proactive, independent and data-driven.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the Publisher Manager team to achieve KPIs and growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new publishers and expanding the partner network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners.
• Analyze performance data and optimize publisher revenue streams.
• Support the team with negotiations, strategy, and problem-solving.
• Ensure efficient processes, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Collaborate with Advertiser Managers to maximize business growth.
