Neotalent Conclusion in Lisbon is seeking a Project Manager (Mkt & Sales) to join our Data & Analytics initiative focused on Marketing & Sales Data Products. You will coordinate multi-country implementations and drive data-driven outcomes.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to evolve data pipelines, promote standards, and support data integration, governance, and adoption of data solutions across geographies, with remote work possibilities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in project management within Data & Analytics environments.
• Knowledge of Marketing, CRM, and Sales data domains.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the implementation and evolution of Marketing & Sales Data Products across multiple countries.
• Drive integration of data from CRM, Marketing platforms and Sales systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to support data pipelines and Snowflake data models.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for scalability and consistency across geographies.
• Work with Product Owners and BI teams to ensure delivery and adoption of data solutions.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and controls to ensure trusted insights.
• Support local teams in data integration initiatives and Data Product development.
