Hexa Consulting is seeking a Middle+ .NET Developer to join Client's team on a full remote work model from Portugal. You will extend backend modules and develop new services within a .NET microservices architecture, while working with MSSQL and MongoDB databases.

You will collaborate with an agile team, contribute to high-load, distributed services, and apply async/await patterns and performance optimizations. English proficiency (C2) and strong teamwork are required.

Qualificações

Professional experience in software development with strong C# and .NET skills.
Experience developing and maintaining backend services and microservices.
Good understanding of database structures, principles and best practices.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly MSSQL and MongoDB.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming with async/await, parallel execution and performance optimization.
Experience with source-code management using Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD environments and tools such as Azure DevOps, Octopus, Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
English proficiency at C2 level, both written and spoken.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

Extend existing backend modules and develop new services within a .NET microservices architecture.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of distributed, high-load, parallel and asynchronously executed services and databases.
Develop modules capable of parsing, modifying and streaming data flows in real time.
Work with JSON, XML and binary data streams over HTTP and TCP protocols.
Support the implementation of the Client's platform in customer environments.
Design and develop ad-hoc interfaces or bespoke modules according to project requirements.
Work with MSSQL and MongoDB databases.
Apply async/await patterns, parallel processing and performance-optimization practices.
Produce clean, reliable and high-quality code.
Collaborate with the development team throughout design, implementation, testing and delivery activities.
