Unit4 Nv seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our internal IT infrastructure team. You will oversee cloud and on-premise infrastructure, emphasize secure operations, and drive service reliability, with a people-first leadership style.

The role supports a fully remote arrangement within Portugal, with occasional meetings in Lisbon. You will guide architecture across Azure, AD, networking, and virtualization, while mentoring colleagues and promoting collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on cloud technologies (Azure).
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, identity management, and security principles.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services including IaaS, PaaS, Active Directory, and networking.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and project management methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the infrastructure team to deliver reliable services.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure operations across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and security standards.
• Oversee design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Azure, AD, networking, and virtualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and performance requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
