Tiko, a global nonprofit focused on empowering adolescent girls, seeks an Information Security Officer to own security for its global digital assets. You will drive risk management, governance, and security operations across multiple markets while partnering with IT, Engineering and Privacy teams.

You'll design frameworks, lead threat assessments, and implement robust controls to protect data, systems, and third-party relationships in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Substantial experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Risk Management roles.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Practical understanding of network security design, firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and endpoints.
• Experience creating incident response playbooks and leading investigations.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and enforce security frameworks across markets and technology stacks.
• Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modelling.
• Collaborate with Privacy team to align AI tools with security requirements.
• Implement and maintain technical controls for networks, servers, and endpoints.
• Oversee security due diligence for external vendors and contracts.
• Monitor networks and systems, detect and respond to anomalies.
• Lead incident response planning, simulations, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop internal security policies aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Deliver security awareness training and ongoing education.
• Stay ahead with threat intelligence and changing compliance landscapes.
