Alignerr Corp. seeks a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to shape how AI understands hospital data, clinical workflows, and compliance. You will review AI outputs against HIPAA, HL7/FHIR standards, and governance practices, working asynchronously on your schedule.

This fully remote freelance role offers 10–40 hours per week and ongoing projects within Alignerr's health IT initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience in real hospital or health system environments.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate between clinical, IT and administrative domains.

Responsabilidades

• Apply hospital health data governance knowledge to evaluate AI-generated content for clinical data management and compliance.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with governance standards and regulations.
• Identify gaps or misrepresentations in AI handling of data quality, stewardship and interoperability.
• Provide structured, expert feedback on governance frameworks and workflows.
• Work independently across clinical, IT and administrative domains on schedule.
