  • Language Skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration and digital tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required!
