A leading AI innovation firm in Portugal seeks experienced Freelance AI Trainers with Civil Engineering and Python expertise. This role involves designing engineering problems for AI models, evaluating solutions, and improving AI reasoning. The ideal candidate has advanced civil engineering education, strong Python skills, and over 3 years of relevant experience. This position offers up to $30/hour for flexible, part-time remote work on challenging projects.

Qualificações

• 3+ years professional or advanced academic experience in Structural, Geotechnical, Transportation, Water Resources, Environmental, Hydraulic, Construction Engineering & Management, Infrastructure, Coastal, Earthquake, or Sustainable Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Ability to design computationally intensive, non‑trivial problems.

Responsabilidades

• Design technically rigorous civil engineering problems grounded in practice.
• Evaluate AI solutions for engineering accuracy and assumptions.
• Use Python to validate calculations or analyze outputs.
• Improve AI reasoning to align with codes, standards, and professional logic.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess model performance.
