Overview

Remote Finnish-Speaking E-commerce Advisor (Portuguese Remote Opportunity). Location: Remote in Continental Portugal. Contract: Full-time (12-month with renewal). Start dates: July 14, July 21, July 28. Join a household name in global technology known for cutting-edge devices, design excellence, and a seamless online shopping experience. Your mission: support customers with empathy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.
  • Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve your own KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Already located in Portugal OR willing to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help and housing allowance offered by the hiring company).
