Job summary

iTRTech Group is seeking an experienced E2E Tester to validate services in IMS, PaCO, and SDM within 5G Core environments. This remote Europe role combines hands-on testing with protocol analysis to ensure reliable deliveries, working closely with technical teams to investigate failures and track defects to resolution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IMS/SDM/PaCO or 5G Core, strong knowledge of 2G-5G call flows, and hands-on experience with Wireshark, Jira, and cloud/VNF deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience within IMS, SDM, PaCO or 5G domains, with strong knowledge of the technologies mentioned.
• Proficient in end-to-end testing, protocol testing, and debugging across telecom core networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual end-to-end testing across IMS, PaCO and SDM environments.
• Build understanding of test environments, network functionality and expected behaviors.
• Provide requirements and technical input for test case definition.
• Analyse test failures, investigate issues and support root-cause identification.
• Use packet captures and logs to troubleshoot network and protocol issues.
• Log, track and report defects using Jira, QC or customer‑agreed tools.
• Produce defect reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate defects and support resolution.
